The philosophy of our restaurant is to understand our guests first and foremost as employers who can and should expect a special service. Because satisfied customers are our very highest good. As far as our employees are concerned, we attach increased importance to a harmonious, well-functioning team that gives our restaurant a relaxed ambience. The main focus is on our products and their diverse composition and creation possibilities - our chef takes this to heart in an outstanding manner. Of course we always have an open ear for your suggestions and wishes. Most of the products we use, such as fish, meat and vegetables, come from the region. For example, our meat comes from the "butcher around the corner". Seasonal products such as asparagus, mushrooms or wild boar also determine our offer at the appropriate time of year. The dough of our pizzas is of course homemade. For this we only use a little yeast and rather rely on a long resting time. Our stone oven pizzas are topped with fine mozzarella of the best quality and refined with your individual toppings as desired. Gastronomy is passion! - Our range of products includes both inexpensive products for the small appetite and wallet, as well as culinary delicacies for the gourmet palate. "The customer is king", so the saying goes - attentive service, friendly interaction, as well as a balanced price-performance ratio are the guarantee for this. In summer we offer - as soon as it is possible again - a cozy beer garden to relax in the evening sun. Our menu is supplemented by a monthly changing menu of the day, as well as a weekly changing lunch menu.
